Hello, I'm Tenzin Kamatsang, a 30-year-old tattoo artist with over four years of experience in the industry. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Illustration from Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. My artistry knows no bounds, as I enjoy exploring various tattoo styles, but I specialize in two unique areas: Tibetan art and illustrative dot work, where I can turn any subject into a stunning piece of body art.

I moved from India to the bustling streets of New York City at the age of 10. The vibrant and diverse culture of NYC became my playground, influencing my artistry in profound ways. At the end of 2018, I embarked on a new adventure, transplanting myself to Minnesota, where I continue to create captivating and meaningful tattoos that reflect the rich tapestry of my experiences.  In 2021, I met the master Tibetan traditional painter, Pema Rinzin in NYC and have been focusing on Tibetan art ever since.

My tattooing journey is deeply rooted in a passion for self-expression and storytelling. I draw inspiration from a diverse array of sources, including Tibetan art, Japanese art, cartoons, anime, classical paintings, and the beauty of nature. These influences fuel my creativity and enable me to create tattoos that are not just ink on skin but stories waiting to be told.
